The Community Scholarship Foundation of La Cañada Flintridge (CSF) has been an integral part of La Cañada and the surrounding foothill communities for over five decades. CSF was founded in 1964 by a group of La Cañada volunteers united by a shared vision to provide scholarships to local youth. Their collective purpose was to give high school seniors the chance to continue their education at colleges, universities, trade, or technical schools that would allow them the opportunity to fulfill their dreams. Since 1964, CSF has awarded nearly $1 million in scholarships to help local youth become the citizens and leaders of tomorrow.
CSF is proud to announce the recipients of the 2017 new scholarships. Each new scholarship recipient received $4,500 to pursue their educational dreams. Two of the five students were further honored by receiving Memorial Scholarships.
